Virginia – I’ve been licensed and certified in massage therapy since January of 2011. By 2013 I began working in chiropractic offices where I learned a lot about how massage and chiropractic go hand in hand. I also began to learn therapeutic massage. Then I worked in a pain center for one and a half years.

I love helping relieve pain. I will continue to practice everything I’ve learned to help in natural healing for patients.

Jim – After years of poor eating habits, I changed my lifestyle. Through a program based on healthy nutrition and an advanced exercise program, I was able to lose weight, improve my cardio, and build muscle mass.

I am a third degree black belt in tae kwon do and a certified instructor with 11 years of experience. That has taught me the value of confidence, self-esteem, and discipline.

In 2009, I received a degree in business management. I have extensive experience working with technology.

I have used my skills to educate myself and conduct research on vitamins and supplements. I am certified by the Smart Tan organization to work with tanning beds and help to prevent sunburn and educate tanners.

Pleasant staff, nice tanning beds, clean. Only suggestion is to put mirrors in the tanning rooms for touchup after tanning. Thanks
